No Judgement Zone!

This business can make you go crazy at any level. But my belief and faith in God has kept me sane.  Well as sane as an artist can possibly be...lol.  I hear different views on being a Christian and being in this business.  Me personally, I don't feel I need to wear a label on my chest saying what or who I believe in.  It's just a part of who I am.  Then I think of the roles I have played or will play.  Some may be viewed as being bad, or even non-Christian. But as an actress, I think that everybody deserves to have their story told, properly, with truthfulness.  No matter where they come from, what they've done. No matter if that character's beliefs are the complete opposite of what I believe.  And I think this is what people don't understand. That's why it's so important to me to have my own personal relationship with God. People are going to judge me, talk about me when I take on roles that are "controversial", but I don't think that has any bearing on what kind of Christian I am. I come across and have worked with all types of people who are so much different than me.  That hasn't stopped me from having a great time working with them or even befriending them. I do hope that people see a difference in me, but not in a negative light. I never want to come off as being unapproachable, and I don't think I do at all.  I've learned to handle myself in different, sometimes uncomfortable situations. I don't feel pressured to do things I wouldn't normally do. I am comfortable with who I am. I am comfortable loving God to the fullest and being successful in this entertainment business!
