Short Comedy Casting

Lights Out Productions is casting for the short film 'Driving Under the Influence'. (DV Format). This project is a short comedy which involves the exploration of first impressions and the power of influential suggestion during a road trip to the 'party of the year'. Watch as chaos ensues for one man, unwarranted blame is placed on another, and 3 friends watch in amusement as it all unfolds!

Production to take place in July and August on Long Island and Manhattan.

This production is for NO PAY. Compensation will be provided for food and travel expenses.

Danielle - Female. Mid 20's. Very similar personality to J.T. Loves to work her magic to make things funny in her own way. Finds humor in the oddity of things. Good sense of humor and personality. Girlfriend to J.T.

J.T. - Male. Mid 20's. Loves to party, but to blend in. Works behind the scenes to make things funny, and to do it in his own way. Intelligent, with a good sense of humor. Boyfriend to Danielle.

Sean - Male. Mid 20's. The life of the party. Everyone wants to be like him, and around him. Great sense of humor, but a socially uncaring individual with a personality that is addicted to fun. Could be considered by some to be 'party stupid.'

Keith - Male. Mid 20's. Usually a happy-go-lucky individual, he is about to discover he has a bad temper.

Sam (Samantha) - Female. Mid 20's. A tomboy type who thinks like guys do, loves her guy friends, and is very comfortable being one of the 'guys'. Down to earth personality and fun loving.
