Look Book - Short Film

AVANT GARDEN PRODUCTIONS is accepting photos and resumes for “Look Book,” a non-union digital short film shooting in Manhattan

Shoot dates: July 25-27 (will be catered & actors will get a DVD copy of film)

Audition will take place on June 7th

We're accepting headshots and photos in order to decide if your look is right for our auditions. Please submit to lookbookfilm@gmail.com no later than June 7.

We're shooting this short film with the purpose of submitting it to various international film festivals. We're a group of dedicated artists and technicians looking for others just as dedicated to help with this project.

Seeking:
MAYA - 18 - 30. A young woman who models, and has a quiet toughness about her. Is usually quiet, until someone crosses the line. Actress must look convincingly like someone who models in their spare time, but not necessarily someone who's focused on a modeling career. Improvisation skills a plus.
KARINA - 18 - 30. A young woman, who's well off, yet has a bohemian style and is the designer of the label. Very nonchalant, and calm. Is focused on getting her project finished, and diffusing any tense situations. An actress with an ability to have a strong presence through subtlety is required. Must look like someone who wears the trendy/hipsterish clothes she designs.
